Return Policy

Returns:

Occasionally it is necessary to return an item.  Please note Return Policy for each Manufacturer.

Dreampod

All return and refund customer communication will be handled by the authorized retailer.

The customer has a 30 day window from the date they received the item to return it for a refund.

The item must be unused and in the same condition they received it including the original packaging.

They must include the receipt or proof of purchase with the return.

Once we receive the item we will inspect it and notify you of receipt.  We will provide you with an update on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping when returning the item.  Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

A restocking fee of 20% of the sales will be charged to the client to cover any expenses that cannot be recovered due to the return.

Ice Barrel 

  1. If your product arrives damaged, we will ship you a new product at no cost.
  2. You can return the product for a refund less restocking fees within 30 days of delivery. Return and restocking fees of 30% apply. The restocking fee covers return shipping, cleaning if required, and repackaging of the product. The product needs to be in its original condition and shipped with the original packaging to be accepted. If the product is not in its original condition and packaging it will NOT be accepted.
  3. Accessories and Wears are not eligible for returns. If accessories or wears arrive damaged please contact info@allfitnessusa.com.
  4. Any and all modifications to any products not authorized in writing by Ice Barrel Inc. are not eligible for returns and will be void from warranties. 
  5. Please contact info@allfitnessusa.com for a return shipping label within 30 days of the order date.
  6. Shipment will be scheduled for pick up within 2-5 days of the label being sent. A party must be present for pickup.
  7. Once the product is received it will be inspected, if the return is accepted a refund will be issued within 1-2 weeks. The original payment method will be refunded less the 30% restocking fee.

Jacobs Ladder

Returns are accepted on unused products in original packaging within 30 days of purchase.  A 15% restocking fee and all shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.  Items that ship free will have the actual cost of shipping deducted.  You will be responsible for insuring any parts or products returned to the Manufacturer’s Warehouse, and you assume the risk of loss or damage during shipment.

Rope Flex

Returns are accepted on unused products in original packaging within 30 days of purchase.  A 15% restocking fee and all shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.  Items that ship free will have the actual cost of shipping deducted.  You will be responsible for insuring any parts or products returned to the Manufacturer’s Warehouse, and you assume the risk of loss or damage during shipment.

Solid Bar Fitness 

Returns can be made within 7 days of the original purchase of the product.   All returned items must be in new and unused condition with original packaging as well as tags and labels attached. There is a 20% restocking fee.  Full refund will be given for product only.  Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. 

Stroops

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase date.  All returned items must be in new and unused condition with original packaging as well as tags and labels attached.  There is a 30% restocking fee.  To return an item please email info@allfitnessusa.com. 

Synergee

All returns can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.   All returned items must be in new and unused condition with original packaging as well as tags and labels attached. Full refund will be given for product only.  Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. 

Sunny Health & Fitness

All sales are final.  No returns will be accepted for any reason and no refunds provided.  However if there’s ever an issue with an item a customer can reach out to customerservice@sunnyhealthfitness.com and they will help troubleshoot the issue.  Items also carry a factory warranty www.sunnyhealthfitness.com/warranty  and replacement parts are available if needed.

Exchanges:

We do not exchange products.  Please return item and reorder on our website.

Damages:

If you receive a defective or damaged product please email us for a Return Authorization Number and return shipping instructions. All returns must be reported within 7 days of the receiving date. All defective product return shipments must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number and a copy of your Customer invoice. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@allfitnessusa.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Missing Items:

If an item is missing from your order, please email info@allfitnessusa.com and we will see that your missing item is shipped to you free of charge.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order in 7 days.
